Sun-Tec Builders, Inc. was established in 1993 with Al Ghandour as President and Sole Shareholder. Al Ghandour is a Graduate Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree from Georgia- Tech (1969). He joined United Parcel Service (UPS) as a Construction Manager with responsibility for construction of UPS facilities in eight states. After serving 10 years in this capacity, Al pursued International opportunities in the Mideast and Canada. Construction and development experiences included responsibility for construction of Hospitals, Airport Facilities, Multi-Million Dollar Villas in the Mideast and Single Family Communities in Canada. |
